TELECOM · CLOSED 07-02 · HISTORICAL EXAMPLE

Six voice lines. One hadn't carried a call since 2021.

A Philadelphia-area collision shop was billed for six voice lines, an analog fax line dead since 2021, and a 'regulatory recovery' fee that benchmarks at $0.

Own more than one location? The bloat multiplies.

The same dead line, the same padded rate, the same junk fee — once per site. Multi-location cases roll every address into one ledger.

Questions on record.

Q.What counts as a vendor bill?

Anything recurring with a company name on it: internet and phone, card processing statements, electric and gas, waste haul, shipping, software seats, fleet fuel, payroll-adjacent fees. If a vendor bills it monthly, it's on the docket. Insurance is referral-only — we flag, a licensed professional advises.

Q.Do you need my contracts, or just the bills?

Bills first — that's where the examination starts. Contracts make the findings stronger (renewal dates, rate terms, termination clauses), so send them if they're handy. A bad photo of either is fine.

Q.How long does an audit take?

It depends on how many categories you send and how many pages each runs. We don't publish a turnaround number we can't stand behind — a human reads every case, and a person will reach out when examination begins.

Q.Is it really free?

Yes. If we find savings and you choose to act, we're compensated on the back end — by partners or vendors in some categories, always disclosed before any change. No fee if we find nothing.

Send the whole stack. We'll read it.
