How the Bloat Audit works.
Casework, not chatbots. Every bill is opened as a case, reviewed by a human, and handed back to you as evidence-backed Savings Opportunity Cards. You stay in control of every decision.
Open a case
Two minutes, no credit card. Tell us your business, which bill to sniff first, and roughly what you spend. We text and email a secure upload link.
Send the bill
Upload your latest bill through the encrypted link — full PDF, all pages. Can't dig it up yet? Tell us; we'll text a reminder. Documents stay private and are used only for your review.
A human sniffs it out
A real reviewer — not a bot — reads your bill line by line, benchmarks every charge against current pricing and your real usage, and flags rate creep, junk fees, expired promos and dead lines.
You get Savings Opportunity Cards
Each finding comes back as a card: the problem, the evidence from your own bill, an estimated savings range, a confidence level, and a recommended next step.
You approve every move
Nothing happens until you say go. If you approve, we pursue retention offers, re-rates, error recovery, or a switch. No vendor is contacted and nothing on your account changes without your sign-off.
What to have ready
You don't need all of it to start — one recent bill is enough.
- Latest internet / phone bill (full PDF, all pages)
- Most recent card-processing / payments statement
- A utility, waste, or fleet-fuel bill
- Any vendor contract with a renewal date coming up
How it works — questions
How long does it take?
Opening a case takes about two minutes. Once we have your bill, a human review typically comes back within a couple of business days — sooner for simple categories.
How is Bloatweiler paid?
It depends on the category. Sometimes we're paid a share of the savings we find, sometimes a partner or vendor compensates us — and we always disclose how we're paid before you act on a recommendation. Your first audit is free.
What if there's nothing to save?
Then we tell you that. The dog sniffs and sometimes finds nothing worth acting on — an honest 'your bill looks fine' is a valid result, and it's free.
Do I have to switch vendors?
Never. We surface options and evidence; you decide. Plenty of wins are just a re-rate or a removed junk fee with your existing vendor.
