The guard dog against business bloat.
Bloatweiler exists because the bills that quietly drain a small business — phone, internet, card processing, energy, waste, shipping, payroll, software — are built to creep up and hope you never look. We look.
What we actually do
You send us one recurring vendor bill. A real person reads it line by line, benchmarks every charge against current market pricing and your actual usage, and finds where you're overpaying — rate creep, junk fees, expired promos, dead lines, billing errors. Then we hand it back as plain Savings Opportunity Cards: the problem, the evidence from your own bill, an honest range, and a recommended next step.
If you want us to act, we do — we'll pursue a re-rate, a retention offer, an error refund, or a switch. But nothing happens without your approval, and no vendor is contacted until you say go. You stay in control of your accounts the entire time.
Why "the guard dog"
A good guard dog doesn't bark at everything — it knows the difference between a threat and the mail carrier. That's the job: sniff your bills, growl at the bloat, and leave the rest alone. We'd rather tell you "this bill is actually fine" than invent a problem to look busy.
How we make money (and why we tell you)
Your first Bloat Audit is free. After that, depending on the category, we may be paid a share of the savings we find, or compensated by a partner or vendor. We disclose how we're paid before you act on any recommendation — so you can weigh it. We don't sell your data, and we never promise savings we can't evidence.
Who's behind it
Bloatweiler is a service that helps small and medium businesses reduce recurring vendor costs. Every audit today is reviewed by a human — there's no black-box AI making decisions about your money, and there's a real person you can call or text with a question.
The ethos
We'd rather say your bill is fine than invent a problem.
A good guard dog knows the difference between a threat and the mail carrier. If there's nothing worth cutting, we tell you — and it's still free.
Let the dog look at your bills.
Free, about two minutes, no credit card.
Bloatweiler may be paid by partners or vendors in some categories — always disclosed before any change. No guaranteed savings.
